I use Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm, or similar firewall/proxy software and am having trouble downloading the Starware Toolbar. What should I do? Temporarily disable your firewall/proxy software and try the download again. You can reactivate your firewall/proxy software once you have downloaded the Starware Toolbar. What is a DNS Error? A DNS Error occurs when a web server could not be found at the URL you are seeking. When this happens, "Error Search" displays links for potentially correct pages. What is Auto Search?
